In addition to its studio classes, Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a comprehensive Teacher Training Program. This program thoroughly trains instructors on Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, Barre, and supplemental fitness tools, providing advanced pedagogy and ensuring teaching quality and safety.

Role Summary
The Foundations Instructor introduces members to mindful movement and body awareness through yoga, mat Pilates, and barre-style formats. This role builds teaching confidence, class management skills, and alignment with Club Pilates brand standards while preparing instructors for apparatus-based instruction.

- Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Recovery formats
- Beginner-friendly, minimal or non-apparatus classes
- Deliver safe, engaging, beginner-accessible classes
- Follow Club Pilates class formats and brand tone
- Provide clear cueing, regressions, and modifications
- Arrive early to prepare space and greet members
- Maintain studio cleanliness and professionalism
- Promote studio offerings, retail, and memberships
- Participate in studio events and promotions
- Uphold franchise aesthetic and culture
- Yoga, Mat Pilates, or Barre certification (or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and positive energy
- Willingness to pursue Pilates apparatus education
