In addition to its studio classes, Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a comprehensive Teacher Training Program. Scope of Teaching
- Reformer (all levels)
- Chair, Springboard, TRX, Barre fusion
- Private & semi-private training
- Teach multi-level classes with layered progressions
- Integrate props and modalities creatively and safely
- Build and retain private training clientele
- Adapt programming to meet diverse member needs
- Serve as a mentor to junior instructors
- Represent the studio in community events
- Comprehensive Pilates certification (Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1–2 years reformer teaching experience
- Strong anatomy knowledge and injury awareness
