Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead Intro Class membership pitch and maintain strong conversion rates.
- Coach Sales Associates on sales processes and best practices.
- Independently run opening/closing procedures.
- Support daily posting and ensure scheduled content goes live accurately.
- Engage with comments/messages professionally and escalate sensitive items.
- Identify micro-influencers and share with leadership.
- Capture high-quality content in classes, events, and around the studio.
- Monitor sentiment and flag spam or inappropriate comments.
- Coordinate logistics for events and onsite promotions.
- Execute event activities and engage members to promote offerings.
- Serve as on-site event lead when management is off-site.
- Maintain accurate inventory day-to-day; restock and verify counts.
- Organize merchandise displays and provide member product education.
- Create small planograms or visual displays with guidance.
- Provide sales feedback and trend insights to leadership.
- Train new staff on retail practices.
- Maintain studio aesthetic and enforce policies.
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation.
- Assist in scheduling and administrative upkeep.
