The Managing Associate is the operations and sales supervisor, responsible for ensuring consistent daily execution, overseeing frontline performance, coordinating event and marketing execution, and managing retail operations. This role supports strategic work by the AM and GM while driving real-time results.

Responsibilities
Sales & Operations
- Supervise Sales Associates and Senior Sales Leads.
- Manage shift coverage, scheduling inputs, and daily studio flow.
- Lead membership conversion during Intro Classes.
- Track KPIs (leads, conversions, attendance, retail).
- Manage and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Draft captions and coordinate content for approval.
- Track post and campaign performance and report weekly to AM/GM.
- Conduct social listening and maintain brand tone consistency.
- Communicate with influencers identified or approved by leadership.
- Report weekly metrics and sentiment insights.
- Plan and lead internal events, workshops, and member experiences.
- Coordinate external partnerships and community engagements.
- Ensure event operational readiness and execution.
- Oversee day-to-day retail inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
- Execute planograms and seasonal refreshes.
- Lead monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Provide data-driven reorder recommendations to the Assistant Manager.
- Support retail KPI training for staff.
- Train and develop frontline staff.
- Maintain franchise standards for atmosphere, cleanliness, and culture.
- Serve as Tier 2.5–3 escalation.
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings.
